General Return Policy of OP Health Care s.r.o.

1. Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vitiligoshop.us before the 30-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@vitiligoshop.us with your order number and reason for return
• We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable
• Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label or a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover the return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitiligoshop.us with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
